Shipping policy

All U.S. orders are shipped via a trackable shipping carrier (UPS, USPS, Fedex).

Exception: orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes will ship via USPS Priority Mail with a delivery confirmation. Military addresses such as those shipping to APO/FPO are usually not trackable due to military restrictions.

Emporium De Fragrance will supply a tracking number for every order that has been shipped. Each day, you will receive an automated email from us indicating all of your orders that have been shipped that day.

Orders are shipped, on average, within 24-48 hours from when the order is placed. Therefore, most of your customer's orders should be received within 4-10 business days from the time that you place your order.
